The Texas Real Estate Commission requires every inspector to maintain professional liability insurance. Insurance carriers require a pre-inspection agreement for every inspection. Agreements can be signed at the time of the inspection or they can be signed on line. Signed agreements are required before the report is delivered.

Reports are sent the evening of the inspection. They include pictures that will help in understanding the report. Typically reports are sent by email. Reports can be sent by uploading to a secure password protected site on the web. |
